Abstract: In this talk, after a brief survey of recent results on
sharp two-sided estimates of Dirichlet heat kernels for non-local
operators, I will discuss stability of Dirichlet heat kernel  
estimates for a class of (not necessarily symmetric) Markov processes  
under non-local Feynman-Kac perturbations.
