Casorati solutions to non-autonomous DSKP and DSKdV equations

summary:
We use known non-autonomous solutions to bilinear equations to solve
other integrable nonlinear partial difference equations. We begin with
non-autonomous Casorati determinant solutions to the discrete
two-dimensional Toda lattice equation. These solutions are adapted to
construct explicit solutions to the discrete Scharzian KP equation
and the non-autonomous DSKdV equation, which is also known as the
cross-ratio equation.
