題目： Local K-stability of singularities
概要：The K-stability theory of Fano varieties has attracted lots of interests
in algebraic geometry in the past a few years.
There is an analogue local stability theory for Kawamata log terminal (klt) singularities,
whose core is to attach any(!) klt singularity a canonical degeneration to
a (semi)-stable object (i.e. K-semistable Fano cones).
In this talk, we will survey the development of this local theory.
