It is known that the local topological type of an isolated
singularity of a complex hypersurface is determined by the knot
obtained by cutting the hypersurface by a sphere of small radius.
In this talk, we first recall Milnor's fibration theorem for the
complement to such knots and review some known results about
the topology of such fibered knots. Then we present some recent
results about the cobordism of such knots. This is a joint
work with Vincent Blanloeil (Univ. of Strasbourg).
