要旨：The main aim of the talk is to generalize the
following theorem on some infinite groups:
THEOREM (Swan). For any finite periodic group $G$ with
period $2d$ there is a free and cellular action
$G\times S(2d-1)\to G(2d-1),$
where $S(2d-1)$ is a $(2d-1)$-dimensional $CW$-complex with the
homotopy type of the sphere $S^{2d-1}$.
