要旨：　A fold map is a singular map with only Morse type
singularities.
A fold map with orientable singular set (or an even codimensional fold
map) on a manifold gives a partial framing of the stable tangent
bundle of the manifold by results of Saeki and Ando.
Also, by Ando's h-principle, such a partial framing gives a fold map
with orientable singular set.
A work of Saeki, Sakuma and Sadykov has studied the question of the
existence of fold maps with orientable singular set between
equidimensional manifolds and into R^4 by using this correspondence
mainly in the language of characteristic classes.
We notice similar results by a more geometrical approach.
