講演概要：
We consider special jumping lines of logarithmic derivation modules
of 3-arrangements of hyperplanes. Jumping lines of these types are related to
the exponents of 2-multiarrangements. Giving the theory on these exponents,
we consider a sufficient combinatorial condition for 3-arrangements to be free.
In other words, the splitting condition of the logarithmic derivation bundles to
split into the direct sum of line bundles in terms of Chern polynomials is given.
