概要
We study the deformation theory of semistable quasi-
bundles of rank 2 on a polarized surface $(X,\mathcal{O}(1))$ such that
$(\mathcal{O}(1)\cdot K_{X})<0$, and apply it to strange dualities for
some rational surfaces.
