We consider the homogenization problems of diffusion processes with (singular) drifts and potentials by using the semi-Dirichlet form theory and unfolding method. The convergence of solutions to the Dirichlet problems and the characterization of the limit are considered. As a result, the Mosco convergence of the lower bounded semi-Dirichlet forms is shown. This is a joint work with Yuki INAGAKI and Adisak SEESANEA.
