概要
Fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) is a special kind of encryption schemes which enable anyone to perform arbitrary operations over plaintexts in an encrypted form, without decrypting them. In this talk, I present a recent result [EUROCRYPT 2015, with Kaoru Kurosawa (Ibaraki University)] on an extension of plaintext spaces for "FHE over integers" from binary to Q-ary for Q > 2. Then I present another recent work on combinatorial descriptions of some polynomials closely related to FHE with non-binary plaintext spaces [joint work with Shizuo Kaji (Yamaguchi University), Toshiaki Maeno (Meijo University) and Yasuhide Numata (Shinshu University)]. (This talk will be given in Japanese but with English slides.)
