The initial-boundary value problem for nonlinear wave equations
is considered outside of the compact obstacle which boundary has
a local dissipation effect in the neighborhood of the boundary
where the geometric light is trapped. The problem is considered
in three-spatial dimensions and for the quadratic nonlinearities.
