There is a growing importance of Evidence Based Policy Making (EBPM). For estimating characteristic values of each small administrative division, statistical model-based approach can get more efficiency of estimating method than the design-based approach. That implies the approach has a possibility to provide high quality evidence for new policy making or service planning. I am now interested in the development of such model-based approach and the application to real survey data in order to make a high quality evidence for "EBPM" and so on.
