Title :
Discover of Mobius Crystals and Topological Crystallography and Topological Science

Abstract :
We have discovered Mobius Crystals as a generalized Chern Simons (CS) Structure in Nature. Topological CS structure has universal phenomena in many physical world and Biological worlds, as well as Topological crystals (Mobius, Hopflink, Cycloid Crystals and so on), Quantum Hall effect, Topological Insulators in condensed matter. The same structure is also found in fluid dynamics as Helicity[1]. Helicity is corresponding to Chern Number as topological invariants of Mathematical term. We discuss why the Topological Helicity (CS) Structures emerges in various systems ranging from 10-15m to 1025m scale. [1-7].
