Some Thoughts about Active Research Teams
Abstract :
The main research topic of the speaker has been pure mathematics, especially conjectures concerning special values of Hasse-Weil L-functions. Despite this background, the speaker joined RIKEN AIP in 2016 and is now related to a team of pure mathematicians working on research in artificial intelligence and machine learning. I would like to share some personal insights concerning various research environment and the way research is conducted.
