Abstract:
The isotopy classes of long embeddings from R^{4k-1} to R^{6k} are classified by the Haefliger invariant.
This talk includes two facts;
- Lin-Wang type formula for the Vassiliev invariant of classical knots of order 2 also holds for the Haefliger invariant,
- we can define an invariant of some kind of generic long immersions from R^{4k-1} to R^{6k} using the Haefliger invariant.
These facts are obtained by describing the Haefliger invariant using configuration space integral.
