SATO, Nobuo / JSPS Postdoctoral Research Fellow

I’m working on number theory and have particular interest in special values of L-functions and periods of motives, as well as their mysterious connection. My previous work includes complex analytical research on Shintani L-function, and its application in a type of refinement called an enhancement of special values of partial zeta functions of number fields and Zagier’s conjecture on those values. In recent years, I also do research on multiple zeta values, Euler sums and more general iterated integrals by combining theoretical consideration and numerical method using computers.
