Staff Introduction
WAKAYAMA, Masato / Guest Professor
My research theme is applications of representation theory of Lie groups and harmonic analysis on homogeneous spaces to number theory and mathematical physics. Especially, I study determinant expressions of zeta functions via Laplacians, special values of zeta functions, and the limit distribution of (generalized) primes. I teach calculus and linear algebra for undergraduate, and elements of representation theory together with its application to number theory for graduate students.
